Hi there and welcome! The Ogburn Group is a team of expert real estate agents lead by Rochelle Ogburn- CEO & founder, and her husband Timothy Ogburn. Rochelle spent 13 years as a visual merchandiser for a flagship department store in her hometown town of Des Moines, Iowa. She later entered the mortgage industry, working to help homeowners facing foreclosure stay in their homes. In 2014, the Ogburn’s moved to Charlotte, NC where Rochelle was able to combine her love of design and passion for helping others by becoming a licensed real estate agent.

By 2021, business was booming due to referrals from her amazing clients, so… hubby Tim to the rescue! Tim Ogburn worked for over a decade at one of the nation’s largest financial institutions. First in mortgages and then as a Business Relationship Manager. He is thrilled to bring his mortgage insight and relationship management skills to The Ogburn Group and help more buyers and sellers realize their homeownership dreams.
